Does artificial turf get too hot in Texas summers?
Turf runs warmer than living grass but cooler than concrete or pavers in the same sun. For full-sun and pool-deck areas we spec heat-reducing fibers and cooling infills, and we design shade into the broader plan where it matters. A quick hose-down cools the surface instantly on extreme days.
What does a project typically cost?
Every yard is priced to its scope, since base prep, drainage, square footage and materials all vary. Most residential turf and outdoor living projects in DFW land in a wide range depending on size and how much hardscape or structure is involved. The honest number comes from a free on-site evaluation, where we measure, read the drainage and give you a firm quote with no pressure.
How long does installation take?
A focused turf or putting green install often runs a few days. Full backyard transformations that combine turf, hardscape, structures and drainage typically run one to three weeks. You get a clear timeline up front and a single point of contact for the whole build.
Will my HOA approve artificial turf?
Most DFW HOAs allow quality turf installations, and many across our service-area communities approve them readily. We have worked through architectural review across the metroplex and can supply spec sheets, product samples and renderings to support your application.
Do you handle the whole backyard, or just turf?
